The 7 in. long blue steel blade moves smoothly along edges of concrete creating curbs, corners, and inside steps. This curb tool creates a 1/4 in. radius on the edge of concrete slabs preventing the edges from chipping with wear. The lip then extends down 3-1/2 in. forming the back of the step. The lip is angled to create a 1/2 In. batter at 6 In. creating a curb that allows for drainage. The 6 in. wide tool provides the perfect amount of coverage in the cove for curbs, sidewalks and large and small projects. The tempered crucible spring steel provides the proper amount of in.givein. for the perfect feel when working on cement. Three rivets secure the steel mounting to the blade. The rivets are ground for a smooth perfect finish. Kraft Tool's premium step tool with cork handle (patent pending) features natural moisture repellent properties for a firm grip even when wet. The cork resists vibrations to minimize fatigue. The cork handle won't absorb dust making clean-up easy. An ergonomic, fatigue reducing design provides for a secure grip for long hours on the job.
