The WHEELER-REX Hot Tapping System is hand operated and designed for drilling holes in active water lines up to 250 psi. It is lightweight and easy for one person to set up and use. Complete with 6515 ratchet, tool box, adapters and cutter shells for making 3/4" (19mm) and 1" (25mm) holes.
