Our model GP-6 is a twin diaphragm hand-operated grout pump. This pump features two separate diaphragms mounted side-by-side and are connected together by common inlet and outlet cast aluminum manifolds. A single pump handle operates both pumps. The advantage of two diaphragms is a much smoother output flow as well as effectively doubling the output volume. Output capacity is up to twelve gallons per minute and is a popular choice for filling hollow concrete block.
The supplied standard grout placement hose is 1 ½" ID by 5’ long clear vinyl tubing with a polished interior and rigid straight steel tube in the end. Optional 1 ½" hoses available in 10’, 15’ and 20’ lengths. Popular options include our ¾" and 1" hose reducer kits which attach directly to the outlet of the pump and are used in place of the standard 1 ½" hose.
