Reed has developed a hardened, tool steel blade to cut PE pipe. The curved blade drives chips out of the way, making PE cuts much easier. Regular PLAS in-line rotary cutters can be retrofitted for PE by purchasing the new blade (#94485) separately.
- F1Safe to use as it creates no dust and chips fall where they are cut. There is no danger of chips being blown well into pipe.
- F2Only 6in.-8in. clearance needed to turn PLAS around pipe.
- F3Cuts out-of-round pipe because of spring loaded nuts.
