Metacaulk® Fire-Rated Mortar has load bearing characteristics and is suitable for economically firestopping large openings for through-penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. It can be used with power cables, fiber optic or telephone cables, aluminum or steel cable trays, EMT, copper, steel or cast iron pipe.
- Tested in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL 1479) for up to 4 hour rating with only 4 1/2” thickness.
- Easy to use: mix into water, then pour, trowel or pump in place
